From the offset we could see that J A Cain were very knowledgeable about the market and selling houses under auction. It was always made very clear to us what we should focus on when selling the property and we were given excellent advice about the overall process. During the sale we were interstate and we found the communication and interaction during this process to be excellent.

As we were interstate Chris even helped coordinate much of this which was extremely helpful he even watered the garden while we were away! As well as this, the entire marketing campaign and auction was delivered in a short period of time prior to Christmas with the end result being a very satisfactory sale outcome which we were extremely happy with. Overall, we felt that J A Cain and particularly Chris really cared about the sale of our property and went that extra mile, as well as showing us and the property a lot of respect during the process.

We would highly recommend JA Cain to anyone looking to sell their property and we are sure that buying a property through them would be just as rewarding also. We never felt under pressure from Bryan, Chris, Brendan or Michelle in any of the dealings we had with them. All appointments were punctual and inspections were considerate of our private space, including the video person, camera operator and drafts-person — all long time associates of the company.
